As we get together for the Sri Lanka IT professionals association of UAE (SLITPA-UAE) Inauguration General Meeting we will elect our inaugural Executive Committee and Office bearers.
The interim steering group that worked on the initiation process have agreed
- Above activities will be conducted in a transparent manner
- We will consider the draft constitution as a guideline in conducting this process
- All the persons that registered using the form at How to become a member of SLITPA-UAE page and fulfill the eligibility criteria as described in the SLITPA Constitution will be considered as Interim Members until, a membership committee gets appointed and validates the member list at a later stage
- All the Interim members are eligible to submit nominations for the below mentioned positions
- Interim members must submit nominations for office bearers before 11.00 pm (UAE Time) 16th April 2021 using the nomination form at https://forms.gle/Srk7Vj4eoGGaG59dA
- If we have more than one nomination for any position an electronic voting will be done at the time of IGM. links for electronic voting will be shared using your email address at the beginning of the IGM
- Nominations will be published following a validation of nomination latest by 20 Apr 2021 at this page
