SLITPA UAE has conducted their first-panel discussion with 2 guest speakers and one SLITPA Executive Committee Member in order to increase the awareness of the members on Optimizing on Career Opportunities in the Post Pandemic Era.   During the discussion, panelists were discussed How to polish your soft skills, drive yourself to grab the post-pandemic careers, how to make a better Linkedin profile to attract head hunters, and many more tips.

Panel Discussion was moderated by Dimple De Silva while Aruchunarajan Arumugam, Project Manager Emirates Airline, Lakna Godahena, Principal KornFerry, and Sanjeewa Marasinghe, Director Fixelo Consultants (Pvt) Ltd participated as panelists for the discussion.
